Moving a 7,500 tons Heritage Complex
The move of Shanghai Zhangyuan historical buildings was completed while still preserving its heritage qualities without destroying or altering any part of the structure.
Executed by 432 Small Hydraulic Bots at 10m/day
The main structure was cut and lifted, followed by excavating a massive foundation pit along the planned moving path. Piles were driven and tracks were laid inside the pit. Finally, the structure to be moved was lifted and mounted onto the tracks for translocation.
